You live in jeans and a tee (with a billion dollar bag on your arm). And you just adore watching the game (from fully catered box seats).You’re what some like to call bi-maintenance. Just like 25 Degrees, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s new swanky burger joint. It’s casual and high-end all at once, as if a ’50s truck stop met a sexy French drawing room in the post-modern era. Options include ground sirloin, turkey burgers, and hot dogs with gourmet toppers (like Emmi Gruyère and Midnight Moon gouda-style goat cheese), extras (like chili, jalapeño, and sauerkraut), and pomme frites with fancy dipping sauces (like tarragon remoulade, garlic Parmesan, and gallego). For whistle wetting, look for milk shakes; egg creams; whipped root beer; and unusual lavender, rhubarb, and kumquat sodas. Even more impressive, there are 50-plus half bottles of wine on the list. So you can chow a burger with a nice glass (or two) of syrah or viognier. You can go in now or wait till the official grand opening on Wednesday.
