Tim and Liza Goodell, proprietors of such landmark restaurants as Dakota, Troquet, and the Red Pearl Kitchen concept are proud to present their latest creation, 25 Degrees at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Much as they did with Dakota and the steakhouse concept, the Goodell’s put a new twist on the local burger joint. Located on the Hollywood Boulevard entrance to the famed hotel, 25 Degrees (the name refers to the temperature difference between a medium rare and well done burger) is not just another spot to grab an ordinary burger.
